Tan and Sunscreen
Sunscreen must be applied between 9 am and 5 pm and it should be applied at least before 20 minutes before getting out in the sun as sunscreen does not work immediately. Also for effective use sunscreen must be applied every three to four hours because they last only that longer. Use a sunscreen that is best for your skin type. SPF factor is what matters in any sunscreen; SPF 30 is what you must use, also in any sunscreen you must see if includes UVA and UVB protection as one is to prevent pigmentation and the other for aging.
